At Anfield, it hasn’t been a terribly happy Premier League title challenge. Injuries, loss of form and key moments have deflated what seemed a promising year. How would you change things up for next season?

After early career struggles at Milan and Monaco, the Gabon striker has become a monster in the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund. 116 goals in 186 games in one of the toughest leagues in the world speaks volumes and if he does make the leap it will be for a massive fee. Would you spend it?
2. Victor Lindelöf
The Swedish right back is killing it at Benfica and looks set to earn a major transfer this summer. With Man Utd and Inter both very keen, Klopp would face stiff competition, but the defenders performances, especially in Europe, make it seem like a safe purchase
3. Radja Nainggolan
A key figure at the Roma renaissance since 2014, the tough tackling Belgian midfielder would be a huge loss for the Capital side, but Antonio Conte, among others, is very interesting in swooping for him. A potentially fantastic swap for Lucas?
4. Virgil van Dijk
The Southampton defender has been in fine form this year and would definitely challenge the duo of Loveren and Matip were he to be purchased. But there are a few interested suitors across the continent for the Holland international. He’s young, technically gifted and had a huge future ahead of him. But do you think the centre half position would be the best to upgrade?
5. Marco Veratti
Iniesta all but named him his natural successor when PSG destroyed Barca in Paris earlier in the year and what higher accolade could there be? Veratti would give a whole new dynamism and creativity to the centre of the pitch at Liverpool and weigh in with some mind blowing goals.
6. Gianluigi Donnarumma
Make no mistake, this is the new Buffon. Buffon even said so. But that also means it would take a huge cash pile to move the Milan No.1 from between the San Siro posts. In fairness, Liverpool could probably do with a better goalie if a serious title tilt is on the cards… but is this one worth the money?
7. Mario Götze
So, the big move to Bayern didn’t work out. But that’s not to say the sublimely gifted German international wouldn’t absolutely flourish under the tutelage of Jurgen Klopp. Liverpool aren’t exactly lacking in the attacking midfielder stakes, but if Coutinho gets snapped up by one of the Spanish giants , a career revival could be on the cards at Anfield.
