Manchester United star, Alexis Sanchez, has revealed that he is utilising the “tactic all-out attack” in the popular football game, FIFA 18. In an interview with PlayStation Monthly, Sanchez described his long playing sessions:
« I just play every game on all out attack. It’s a bit reckless but fun. The gaffer wants me to defend more on the pitch so I need to get my attacking fix somewhere. I once accidentally selected the ‘park the bus’ tactic and it was traumatising. It hit too close to home »
Since joining United in the January transfer window, the Chilean star has seen his chances in the final third dramatically decline. Sanchez is now spending more time tracking back at Old Trafford than he is splitting opposition defences open. Going all out attack in FIFA 18 is stopping Sanchez seeing the baby crawling on the roof:
“Mesut, Aaron and Santi. Not to mention Olivier and Alexander. Ah, it was crazy. No thought given to annoying concepts like man marking and “kicking him in the shins”. FIFA just gives me the release. Going cold turkey is tough so I’m just playing like the Brazilian team of the 70’s online. Although, I need to stress I’m playing as Man United. It’s normally me, Marcus, Anthony, always Juan and even Jessi. Of course Romelu plays up front but I normally bring on Zlatan in the second half”
Sanchez is ranked as one of the worst players worldwide on FIFA due to his kamikaze style of play but the United attacker doesn’t care.
It’s like therapy. I could lose 7-2 but to be able to attack, the expression of creative talent that I possess is so important to me. It’s allowing me to feed my cravings. It’s either FIFA online or getting dropped by Jose for daring to enter the opponent’s final third”
